Coffee Mill Clock

Aprox Dimensions: 8 1/4in Wide 8 1/4in Deep 7in Tall
Box wood is American Black Cherry.
This was to be unique gift, the person that commissioned this wanted a coffee mill but also wanted a clock so this was born of that idea.
The Clock is an insert type with a picture of a water mill on the face it was as close as I could find to a coffee mill. The grinder is functional with adjustable grind.
The coffee cup and coffee label were laser etched into the drawer face.

My wife calls this Shabby Chic I call it just Shabby....
I'm in the process of working on a Oak box for this grinder we'll see how it works out in relation.

Dirty Oak Coffee Mill

This is the Oak box I was working on for the Ginder above
I used a stain I mixed up and I call it "Dirty Oak", it has that grey brown tone to it that reminds me of a dirty board.
I think it looks a far sight better than "Shabby" don't you?
